About The Role

As a Healthcare Buyer Relations Specialist, you will provide empathetic, high-quality support to clients via a variety of channels. Working comfortably from your home, you’ll assist with appointment scheduling, plan enrollment, and address general inquiries, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information through phone calls (inbound and outbound) and email
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with patients
• Assist members with health plan enrollment and details
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer support
• Maintain precise and detailed records of customer interactions
• Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements ✅

• Fluency in English and Cantonese or Korean/English (verbal and written) is essential
• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (United States)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Healthcare sector experience is a plus (not required)
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Reliable computer setup (Windows 10 or newer), dual monitors, and stable high-speed internet
