We’re seeking a dedicated **Healthcare Buyer Relations Specialist** to join our remote team. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality assistance to patients and health plan members through various communication channels. Working from the comfort of your home, you’ll handle appointment scheduling, plan enrollment, and general inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone (incoming & outgoing) and email, providing accurate information
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with patients
• Assist with plan enrollments and provide support regarding plan details
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer service operations
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
• Deliver outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluency in English and Cantonese or Korean/English (verbal and written)
• Availability: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (United States)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a plus (but not required)
• Customer support experience is a plus
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Reliable computer setup: Windows 10 or newer, dual monitors, high-speed internet
