Position Overview

Title: Healthcare Buyer Relations Specialist (Remote)

This role involves supporting patients and health plan members through various communication channels from the comfort of your home. You will handle appointment scheduling, plan enrollment, and respond to general inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information via phone calls (both inbound and outbound) and email
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with patients
• Assist members with health plan enrollment and details
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer support
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements ✅

• Fluent in English and Cantonese or Korean (verbal and written)
• Availability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (United States)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
• Previous customer support experience beneficial
• Organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), dual monitors, and stable high-speed internet
