Position: Bilingual Business Process Analyst (English & Spanish)
Type: Contract (6 Months, W2)
Location: Remote (Minneapolis, MN)
Pay Rate: $41–$43/hr W2, based on experience

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage translation and reproduction processes for regulatory benefit materials, marketing, and transactional documents, including alternate formats.
  • Independently handle multiple tasks/projects with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Coordinate project intake, review, and translation either directly or through Language Service Providers.
  • Retrieve and evaluate multiple vendor quotes for translation/formatting, perform risk assessments, and assign projects accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal requesters and external vendors to ensure project deliverables meet compliance and formatting standards.
  • Review translated files and audio for linguistic accuracy, compliance, and formatting, flagging defects and working with vendors on corrections.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers, reconcile vendor invoices, GL codes, and handle billing discrepancies.
  • Conduct internal inspection audits and log productivity/defect counts in department systems.

Must-Have

  • Excellent bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish β€” fluent in both written and verbal business communication.
  • 2+ years of professional experience managing tasks/projects to completion under deadlines.
  • 1+ year of experience in project management or linguistic services.
  • 1+ year of healthcare/medical-related material experience, including familiarity with acronyms, CMS compliance, and PHI handling.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in material creation, translation services, or user acceptance testing.
  • 1+ year experience using Smartsheet.
  • Knowledge of Excel functions like Pivot Tables, Countif, V-Lookup.
  • Experience with Access, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe PDF, MS Teams, Outlook.
