Join Our Team as a Bilingual Business Development Representative (Mandarin)
As a Bilingual Business Development Representative at Toast, you’ll play a key role in creating new sales opportunities in Mandarin for our Strategic Cuisines. Your efforts in researching, outreach, and collaboration will help restaurants unlock the benefits of Toast’s all-in-one digital platform. Consistent high performance can open doors to advanced sales roles within our company.
📝 What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Generate 2+ new business sales opportunities daily
- Complete 65+ outreach activities daily via calls, emails, and social media
- Research and prospect top and new restaurants in your territory
- Coordinate meetings with Territory Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives
- Strategize with District Managers on new business priorities
🔑 What You Need to Thrive (Requirements):
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
- Highly coachable with a passion for team collaboration
- Curious and resourceful
- Previous sales experience or internship preferred
- Ability to work in PST time zone

The Total Targeted Cash Compensation Range for this role varies by geographic zone:
- Zone A: $75,000 - $120,000 USD
- Zone B: $65,000 - $104,000 USD
- Zone C: $59,000 - $94,000 USD
