Bilingual Business Development Representative (Mandarin) - Strategic Cuisines

Join Toast as a Bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR) specializing in Mandarin, where you'll focus on generating new business opportunities within our Strategic Cuisines division. Your role involves researching restaurants, crafting outreach plans, and showcasing how Toast's all-in-one digital platform can transform their operations. Daily activities include cold calls, emails, and social media engagement. Exceptional performance can open doors to more advanced sales roles at Toast.

📝 What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Generate 2+ new business sales opportunities daily
• Complete 65+ outreach activities each day
• Research and prospect top/new restaurants in your territory
• Coordinate meetings with Territory Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives
• Strategize with District Managers on new business priorities

🎯 What You'll Need to Thrive (Requirements):

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
• Highly coachable with a passion for team collaboration
• Curious, resourceful, and proactive
• Previous Sales or Sales Internship experience
• Ability to work in the PST time zone

💰 Estimated Total Targeted Cash Compensation

• Zone A: $75,000 - $120,000 USD
• Zone B: $65,000 - $104,000 USD
• Zone C: $59,000 - $94,000 USD

Compensation includes base salary, uncapped commissions, and bonus (if eligible). Additional benefits and equity may apply.
