Position: Business Development Relationship Manager

Location: Bronx, NY

As a Relationship Manager, you will be pivotal in streamlining the enrollment process for clients seeking home care. Your strong communication skills and dynamic approach will help us expand our reach and improve client experiences. ✨

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new clients and foster relationships with referral sources.
  • Build client relationships and generate leads through inbound/outbound calls, research, and emails.
  • Enroll and refer Medicaid-eligible individuals.
  • Increase brand awareness via referral sources and community education initiatives.
  • Achieve growth targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the agency’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Identify and evaluate potential referral sources within the local territory.
  • Represent the agency professionally in all interactions.
  • Keep accurate and confidential records of activities and participant information.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss growth and strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and offering support throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Existing contacts and local area knowledge of referral sources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales abilities.
  • Time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • 1 year sales experience (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
