Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our expanding team! This role reports directly to the Head of Sales (North America) and focuses on driving new business growth. 🎯

Compensation

OTE: $100,000

What You Will Be Doing

  • KPIs - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets 📈
  • Outreach - Contact decision-makers via phone, email, and social channels to generate new business (including in-person meetings when appropriate) 📞📧
  • Sales - Demonstrate products and services through demos to prospective and current partners 🎥
  • Sales Cycle Management - Handle the entire sales process from prospecting to closing 🤝
  • Partner Analysis - Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives 💼
  • Collaboration - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners 🤝
  • Market Trends - Provide feedback on industry trends 📊
  • Lead Management - Follow up with qualified inbound leads promptly and record interactions in CRM 📝
  • Business Partnering - Act as the primary contact for all commercial partner activities 📇

Note: Responsibilities may evolve; flexibility is appreciated.

Work Environment

All employees work from the office four days a week, with one day remote, fostering face-to-face collaboration and teamwork. 🏢💻

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience - Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales with proven success 💼
  • Industry Knowledge - SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms highly preferred 💳
  • Relationship Building - A proactive hunter and networker 🤝
  • Organization - Skilled in multitasking and time management ⏰
  • Curiosity - Eager to learn and grow continually 🌱

Added Bonus

  • Fluency in English and another language such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese 🌐
  • Experience within the beauty & wellness industry 💄💅
