Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our expanding team! This role reports directly to the Head of Sales (North America) and focuses on driving new business growth. 🎯

Compensation
OTE: $100,000
What You Will Be Doing
- KPIs - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets 📈
- Outreach - Contact decision-makers via phone, email, and social channels to generate new business (including in-person meetings when appropriate) 📞📧
- Sales - Demonstrate products and services through demos to prospective and current partners 🎥
- Sales Cycle Management - Handle the entire sales process from prospecting to closing 🤝
- Partner Analysis - Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives 💼
- Collaboration - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners 🤝
- Market Trends - Provide feedback on industry trends 📊
- Lead Management - Follow up with qualified inbound leads promptly and record interactions in CRM 📝
- Business Partnering - Act as the primary contact for all commercial partner activities 📇

Work Environment
All employees work from the office four days a week, with one day remote, fostering face-to-face collaboration and teamwork. 🏢💻
What We Are Looking For
- Experience - Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales with proven success 💼
- Industry Knowledge - SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms highly preferred 💳
- Relationship Building - A proactive hunter and networker 🤝
- Organization - Skilled in multitasking and time management ⏰
- Curiosity - Eager to learn and grow continually 🌱

- Fluency in English and another language such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese 🌐
