Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to support our growth, reporting directly to the Head of Sales (North America). Collaborating with the Commercial team and potential partners, you will focus 100% on driving new business.

What You Will Be Doing
- Achieve Sales Targets by meeting KPIs consistently
- Outreach—Engage decision-makers via phone, email, social media, and in some cases, in-person meetings
- Sell—Present and demo products/services to prospective and current partners
- Manage Sales Cycle—From prospecting to closing deals
- Partnering—Perform needs and cost-benefit analyses to align solutions with business goals
- Collaborate—Work with other departments to ensure smooth partner experiences
- Stay Informed—Provide industry trend feedback
- Lead Management—Respond to inbound qualified leads promptly and document interactions in CRM
- Business Partnering—Act as the primary point of contact for commercial activities with partners

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales with a proven success record
- Industry Knowledge: SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms preferred
- Relationship Building: A true hunter and relationship nurturer
- Organized: Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
- Curious Mindset: Eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish required

- Beauty & Wellness Experience: Prior experience within the industry is a plus

Interview Process
- Screen Call: Video interview with a Talent Team member (30 minutes)
- Skills & Experience: Video or in-person interview with the Head of Sales (North America) (45 minutes)
- Presentation: In-person session with the General Manager, North America, and Head of Sales (75 minutes)
