Responsibilities

• Respond to applications and inquiries from dealer prospects nationwide 📩
• Ensure successful business transactions while maintaining strong relationships with our partners 🤝
• Provide excellent customer service to dealerships and clients ⭐
• Support Lendbuzz’s dealer base, including current and prospective dealerships
• Participate actively in developing and refining our sales process
• Become an expert on our underwriting and financing terms, tools, and processes

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and ethical standards
• 3+ years of experience in the automotive sales industry
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or others
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to work independently
