Role Overview 🎯

As part of our growth trajectory, we are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our global team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales (North America), you will focus entirely on new business development, collaborating with the Commercial team and potential partners.

This role offers an exciting chance for motivated individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, autonomous environment, love a challenge, and want to make a meaningful impact.

What You Will Be Doing 📝

  • KPIs — Consistently achieve sales targets 🎯
  • Outreach — Contact key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media, with some in-person meetings as appropriate 📞✉️🤝
  • Sales — Present, promote, and demo products and services to prospective and existing partners 🖥️
  • Sales Cycle — Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing 💼
  • Partnering — Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives 🤝📈
  • Collaboration — Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience 🤝
  • Market Trends — Share feedback on industry trends and insights 📊
  • Business Partnering — Act as the primary contact for all commercial activities with partners ✨

Note: These responsibilities are not exhaustive, and additional activities may be required. This is a field-based role to promote face-to-face teamwork and collaboration.

  • Experience — 1+ years of successful B2B sales experience 💼
  • Industry — SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable 💻

OTE: $100,000 to $110,000 USD

Interview Process 🚀

  1. Screen Call — 30-minute video chat with our Talent Team 📞
  2. Skills & Experience — 45-minute video or in-person interview with the Head of Sales (North America) 🎥🤝
  3. Presentation — 60-minute session with the Head of Sales and sales team members 💼🎤
