About The Role 🩺

As a Bilingual Business Development Manager at AA Medical, you will be responsible for driving sales of refurbished medical devices by engaging proactively with customers in Latin America. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and facilitating equipment acquisitions through effective outreach and communication.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and surpass quotas by re-engaging inactive customers and expanding our client base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships to maximize customer satisfaction with prompt and responsive service.
  • Pre-Call Planning: Use reports and resources to prepare for targeted outreach, ensuring effective communication.
  • Manage Sales Process: Guide clients through the purchasing journey, address concerns, and secure successful outcomes.
  • Sales Forecasting: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately project future sales within your territory.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed on AA Medical's product offerings; conduct demos and answer questions confidently.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to acquire equipment and meet sales goals.
  • Order & Logistics Coordination: Ensure accurate orders, coordinate shipping and tracking, and meet delivery deadlines.
  • CRM Utilization: Document customer interactions in NetSuite for seamless follow-up and communication.

  • Experience & Performance: Proven sales success, especially in medical devices or healthcare sectors.
  • Sales Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
  • Communication: Fluency in Spanish with excellent verbal and written skills for diverse interactions.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort with online sales platforms and order systems.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, goal-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
