🚀 About The Role

Business Consultant

In this critical role, you will help enterprise clients unlock the full potential of the Quantum Metric platform. You’ll lead customer activation efforts, ensuring each customer achieves measurable business value and long-term success through our partnership.

You will serve as the digital expert for stakeholders ranging from practitioners and power users to top executives. Your responsibilities include delivering tailored training based on organizational needs, guiding clients in digital challenge resolution, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that help clients meet their digital objectives.

Your effectiveness will be measured by account retention, customer adoption of Quantum Metric, and the tangible value created through your support.

🔧 Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Customer Outcomes: Own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, advising on activation and business value to meet digital goals. Achieve retention and renewal targets that highlight critical customer needs.
  • Deliver Successful Activation: Design and execute use case–based training across all enterprise functions, enabling organizations to address key digital challenges and operationalize Quantum Metric at scale. Facilitate advanced training sessions, workshops, executive briefings, and integrations into customer workflows. Develop dashboards, reports, and alerting solutions to monitor digital experience health.
  • Surface Actionable Insights: Identify innovative, high-value optimization opportunities across digital and omni-channel experiences. Provide data-driven recommendations that inform decision-making and digital strategy, contributing to measurable KPIs and sharing wins organization-wide.
  • Lead with Product Expertise: Maintain advanced mastery of the Quantum Metric platform, understanding how to leverage its features to resolve business questions. Rapidly troubleshoot and adopt new technologies to maximize client value.
  • Deliver Thought Leadership: Offer industry best practices and insights, guiding peers and clients on maximizing platform value. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills related to digital challenges and activation strategies.
  • Elevate the Team: Share expertise in team forums, support colleagues via Slack, and model best consulting practices to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Proactively Mitigate Risk: Anticipate renewal risks and monitor client engagement to address issues early. Develop and execute action plans to remediate any deficiencies with leadership support.

💡 Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of supporting and communicating effectively with diverse customers.
  • Experience & Background: 2+ years in digital analytics, product management, digital consulting, or related fields with a proven impact on data-driven decision making.
  • Analytics Expertise: Skilled in working with complex datasets to uncover insights and deliver actionable recommendations. Comfortable solving ambiguous business challenges.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Client Engagement: Confident in serving as a subject matter expert, building trust at the executive level, and delivering impactful consulting and advisory services.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, experienced in training and presenting to large audiences (50+ participants).
  • Organization & Flexibility: Excellent time management, prioritization skills, and adaptability to shifting needs.
  • Travel: Up to 10% travel to customer sites for onsite enablement.
  • Hours: Availability to work aligned with Central Time Zone hours.
  • Compensation: Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, with bonus eligibility.
