Key Responsibilities

• Manage translation and reproduction processes for benefit, marketing, and transactional materials across multiple teams 🌐
• Oversee project coordination tasks, including obtaining quotes, delegating to Language Service Providers, and monitoring deliverables 📋
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of translated or audio files to ensure quality and accuracy ✅
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream partners to meet tight deadlines and ensure process compliance 🤝

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish 🗣️
• Remote position (Anywhere in US, following CST hours) 🌎
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment 🚀
• Experience in project management or translation coordination 🎯
• Associate’s Degree or higher 🎓

What You Get

• Pay: $27.42/hour 💵
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST 🕗
