About the Role
This position involves engaging with customers—possibly minors—and handling valuable items such as cash, electronic equipment, and store merchandise. To ensure the safety and integrity of our operations, a criminal history review will be conducted.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers both in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately following company policies
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Tint and mix products per customer specifications
- Clean and maintain store equipment
- Support delivery operations as needed
- Stay knowledgeable about our products and suggest improvements to increase sales
Minimum Requirements ✅
- At least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
- Proficient in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without accommodations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year in retail, delivery, or customer service roles
- Previous experience selling paint and related products
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
