We're on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support and elevate our dynamic skincare brand. Position Details 📍

• Location: New York (Hybrid arrangement)
• Work Hours: 5 days/week, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
• In-office Days: 2 days per week
• Pay Rate: $40 - $45 per hour 💰

Qualifications and Requirements ✅

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Experience: 3-5 years in marketing within the skincare or beauty industry
• Channel Experience: Familiar with Sephora, Ulta, and other beauty specialty channels
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Google Analytics is a plus
• Passion & Knowledge: Deep interest in skincare, beauty trends, and consumer behavior
• Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to tasks
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborative Experience: Proven success working with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to develop innovative products supported by compelling storytelling and execution
