We are actively seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs (Bilingual in Spanish and English) to oversee caseloads for in-home, in-school, and remote ABA services across North Carolina.

🛠️ BCBA Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies based on ABA principles.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to Behavior Technicians and team members.
- Support families and caregivers with collaboration, education, and ongoing communication in both English and Spanish.
- Collect, review, and analyze data to monitor progress and inform clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with parents, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
- Stay updated with the latest research and evidence-based ABA practices.
- Ensure services comply with insurance requirements, authorizations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely billing submissions.
- Occasional local travel may be required to support clients across various settings.
✅ BCBA Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Meets BACB supervision requirements.
- Active North Carolina LBA certification.
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Current CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation for occasional local travel.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to supervise and support BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
- Passion for creating a positive, lasting impact on children and families.
