🛠️ BCBA Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies based on ABA principles.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to Behavior Technicians and team members.
• Support families and caregivers with collaboration, education, and ongoing communication in both English and Spanish.
• Collect, review, and analyze data to monitor progress and inform clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with parents, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
• Stay updated with the latest research and evidence-based ABA practices.
• Ensure services comply with insurance requirements, authorizations, and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely billing submissions.
• Occasional local travel may be required to support clients across various settings.

✅ BCBA Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Meets BACB supervision requirements.
• Active North Carolina LBA certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation for occasional local travel.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to supervise and support BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
• Passion for creating a positive, lasting impact on children and families.
