Exciting Opportunity: Assistant Vice President in Trading & Portfolio Management 🚀

Join a renowned global investment management firm and play a key role in supporting trading, portfolio management, and fund analysis activities across diverse markets, including Latin America and leveraged index funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Support portfolio management and trading operations under the guidance of senior managers.
• Analyze cash flows, implement model portfolio updates, and execute trades efficiently.
• Monitor advisor model portfolios, analyze their performance, and prepare detailed client reports.
• Communicate regularly with advisors and clients by providing updates on fund performance and activities.
• Conduct fund due diligence and research innovative investment products.
• Review daily trade confirmations and assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Experience in trading or fund operations is preferred.
• Strong skills in MS Office; VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Holding a Series 3 license and/or CFA designation is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese (business or native-level) is highly desirable.
• A self-motivated professional with an excellent work ethic and keen attention to detail.
