Role Overview 🤝

The Associate Research Consultant manages a portfolio of contacts within the commercial real estate sector, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of property listings and transaction data. This role involves daily outreach to industry professionals—including brokers, property owners, and developers—to gather real-time market insights, verify data, and build strong relationships.

Additional responsibilities include researching property ownership, tracking construction projects, and aiding clients in leveraging CoStar’s marketing platforms. This full-time, in-office role operates Monday through Friday.

Core Responsibilities 📊

• Contribute to maintaining a comprehensive and accurate database of commercial real estate inventory.
• Make over 50 inbound and outbound calls daily to gather current property and transaction data from industry professionals.
• Investigate new listings, recent sales, lease transactions, ownership, and construction activities.
• Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
• Partner with clients to help market their properties effectively on CoStar’s platform.

Basic Qualifications & Experience 🎓

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, with a minimum GPA of 3.0; majors in real estate, business, management, or related fields.
• Proven commitment to previous employers.
• Flexibility to work shifts aligned with EST, CST, MST, or PST time zones.
• Professional or internship experience in customer service, real estate, or related industries.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
