Position: Associate Product Manager

Design, develop, and manage supporting activities for specific products throughout their entire lifecycle—from definition and planning to production, release, and end of life. Collaborate across departments to ensure product success and continuous improvement.

You Will:

  • Improve User Experience: Suggest product enhancements to better serve customers.
  • Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee processes such as item setup, marketing assets, pricing, training, and launch materials.
  • Forecast Analysis: Conduct weekly sell-out trend analysis and recommend adjustments to sales and forecast teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings with sales, marketing, forecasting, and training teams to review updates and promotions.
  • Financial Modeling: Address business challenges with data-driven solutions for leadership.
  • Market Positioning: Develop business plans and strategic positioning for products.
  • Market & Competitive Research: Monitor industry activity and customer needs to inform product strategies.
  • Pricing & Promotion: Establish strategies with support from product leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with various departments to implement solutions.
  • Feature Prioritization & Monitoring: Set timelines for new features and analyze user reactions post-launch.
  • Training & Support: Create documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • System Configuration & Data Management: Support product databases, promotions, and pricing inputs.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Gather and analyze industry insights and messaging.
  • Market Visits & Analysis: Conduct competitive reviews and trend analysis to recommend product improvements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in high-tech, competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or consulting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and strong communication skills (oral and written).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000—$77,000 USD annually
