Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to oversee all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches.
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience with our products and services.
• Conduct coaching and training for retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.

What Our Most Successful Assistant Store Managers Have

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three+ years of sales/customer experience in telecommunications or related industries
• Previous management experience
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T systems
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders beyond the store

Compensation & Benefits
