A Day in the Life of a Sales Assistant Manager 🕒

  • Sales: Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers and business opportunities
  • Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-tier service with a "white glove" approach both in stores and at customer homes
  • Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, embodying a winning spirit while following all handling procedures
  • Merchandising: Keep the store inviting, organized, and clean for customers and coworkers alike

What are the Minimum Requirements? ✅

  • 1-3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record — you will be driving company vehicles
  • Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
