A Day in the Life of a Sales Assistant Manager 📅

  • Sales: Drive sales growth by completing rental agreements and prospecting new customers and business opportunities
  • Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch experiences with a "white glove" service and a servant's heart, both in stores and in customers' homes
  • Deliveries & Pickups: Show your spirit and professionalism by safely loading, unloading, and installing products, following all handling procedures
  • Merchandising: Keep the store inviting and organized, maintaining cleanliness and product presentation for customers and coworkers alike

Minimum Requirements ✅

  • 1-3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record — You will be driving company vehicles
  • Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
