Role & Responsibilities 🔍

  • The Service Planning and Administrative Support Specialist manages various organizational functions, including reviewing service plans, supporting projects, documenting discussions, and other essential tasks.
  • Part of the B2B VD CARE Team, focusing on service planning and administrative support.
  • Support project activities such as report generation, creating PowerPoint presentations, and documenting meeting summaries.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance B2B customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing reports for senior leadership and the global HQ in Korea.
  • Develop and refine B2B service processes in line with customer expectations.
  • Engage in strategic planning and team target preparations.

Skills & Qualifications ✅

  • Minimum of 5+ years in administrative support and project management roles
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (reading and writing)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven project and program management capabilities
  • Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects or events successfully
  • Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder influence, and collaboration skills across organizational levels

Educational & Experience Requirements 🎓
