Role & Responsibilities 🔍
- The Service Planning and Administrative Support Specialist manages various organizational functions, including reviewing service plans, supporting projects, documenting discussions, and other essential tasks.
- Part of the B2B VD CARE Team, focusing on service planning and administrative support.
- Support project activities such as report generation, creating PowerPoint presentations, and documenting meeting summaries.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance B2B customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing reports for senior leadership and the global HQ in Korea.
- Develop and refine B2B service processes in line with customer expectations.
- Engage in strategic planning and team target preparations.
Skills & Qualifications ✅
- Minimum of 5+ years in administrative support and project management roles
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (reading and writing)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven project and program management capabilities
- Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects or events successfully
- Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder influence, and collaboration skills across organizational levels
