• Pay Range: $33-40/hr 💰

Experience Needed

• 3-5 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or product management 📈
• Bilingual in Spanish highly desired; with excellent communication skills 🗣️
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems 💻
• Experience managing vendor relationships 🤝
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail and accuracy 🎯

Main Duties of the Job

• Oversee onboarding and approval of new vendors, ensuring all company requirements and standards are met ✅
• Direct creation and approval of new items, maintaining timely and accurate updates to essential product data 📝
• Review SKU performance reports and propose changes to enhance assortment quality and inventory results 📊
• Assist with pricing operations by tracking weekly pricing reports and coordinating target pricing for new items 💲
• Manage merchandise margins related to replenishment to help achieve financial objectives 📉
