Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Miami, FL. The Bilingual English - Cantonese Application Support Specialist will be pivotal in supporting users through troubleshooting and assistance with our software applications. 🤝 Your main responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality customer support and troubleshooting assistance
• Facilitating effective communication in both English and Cantonese
• Assisting with user training sessions
• Translating documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility

You will engage directly with users to deliver effective solutions and ensure an excellent, seamless user experience. 🌟

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively support and engage users
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese, with experience in translation and teaching English
• Experience conducting training sessions to educate users on software applications and best practices
