About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Annotator (Korean/English) to measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and help solve problems to enhance their quality. This position requires an expert level of linguistics to engage with chatbots in both Korean and English, writing and assessing conversations to improve their capabilities.

Responsibilities

• 📝 Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
• 🔍 Assess the correctness and performance of AI-generated content
• 💬 Engage in conversations with chatbots in both Korean and English to gauge their development
• 🆕 Create novel conversations to train the chatbots on appropriate responses

Qualifications

• ✅ Fluent in both English and Korean
• ✅ Detail-oriented with a strong command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• 🎓 A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
