Job Overview

As a Bilingual Annotator (Korean/English), your primary responsibility will be to train and assess AI chatbots. You will measure their progress, evaluate their logic, and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall quality of AI models. This role requires an expert level of linguistic knowledge and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations in both Korean and English.

You will:

• Engage with chatbots in both Korean and English to evaluate their responses
• Create new conversations to teach AI what to say
• Support the continual improvement of AI chatbot performance

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Korean
• Highly detail-oriented
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory)
