About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Annotator (Korean/English) to join our team in enhancing AI chatbots. Your expertise will help measure chatbot progress, evaluate their logic, and troubleshoot issues to improve model quality.

What You'll Do

• Engage in conversations with chatbots in both Korean and English to assess their development
• Write innovative conversations to teach chatbots appropriate responses
• Perform writing and editing tasks for AI chatbot outputs
• Evaluate the correctness and performance of AI-generated content

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Korean
• Expert level of linguistics knowledge
• Attention to detail and precision
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Current, ongoing, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary
