Position Overview
Role: Account Support Specialist
Location: Tempe, AZ
Type: Full-Time, 5 in-office days per week
Language Requirements: English and Spanish
Shift: Sunday - Saturday
Training: 8 weeks (Instructor-led and self-led coursework)
About the Role
Within Amazon’s Account Health Support (AHS) team, the Specialist acts as the primary touchpoint for Amazon’s business partners—our third-party sellers. We aim to eliminate frustrations, deliver sustainable business improvements, and ensure sellers' success on Amazon’s platform. Our team uses standard operating procedures and judgment to provide guidance on complex cases, often engaging through calls and emails—up to 70% of a workday. 📞✉️
What You'll Do
- Communicate effectively: Demonstrate clear, professional communication both written and spoken.
- Provide prompt support: Assist sellers and escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain professionalism: Always portray the company positively, handling sensitive situations tactfully.
- Manage time efficiently: Work independently and utilize resources effectively.
- Collaborate proactively: Support team efforts and assist with difficult contacts.
- Meet performance metrics: Ensure quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance goals.
- Analyze and improve: Use data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with departments: Resolve seller issues through cross-team collaboration.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 1+ year of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Experience in payments or e-commerce sectors
- Must be able to work onsite in Tempe, AZ five days a week
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

Compensation & Benefits
