About The Role 🎯

As a Bilingual Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners across the LATAM region, focusing on Spanish-speaking markets. Your efforts will drive partner acquisition, optimize campaign performance, and ensure brand consistency in all affiliate communications. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and fluency in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities 📝

  • Manage daily operations and growth initiatives of the affiliate program, including evaluating, forecasting, and executing revenue opportunities
  • Distribute assets to publishers, track ongoing placements, and audit campaigns to ensure they are live within networks and publisher sites
  • Lead weekly and monthly discussions with vendors to explore growth and exposure opportunities
  • Utilize Spanish language skills to create, localize, and review marketing content for Spanish-speaking audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy
  • Prepare and present weekly performance reports, highlighting achievements, upcoming promotions, and key placements
  • Secure upcoming placements within budget constraints
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and proactively engage potential affiliates daily
  • Manage operational aspects including billing, reporting, publisher screening, offer creation, and creative asset management

Requirements ✅

  • Minimum of 2+ years in affiliate marketing, with strong understanding of networks, tracking platforms, and performance strategies
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English — excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with affiliates and publishers
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, and affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Rakuten, Impact, CJ, Awin)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Comfortable presenting performance insights to stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
