Position Details 📝

  • Role: Bilingual Administrative Assistant
  • Location: Fully on-site in Crystal Lake, IL
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
    Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
  • Benefits: Bonus and commission opportunities
  • Shift: Morning shift available
  • Language Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish and English

Role Overview 🎯

This full-time, on-site position involves supporting daily office operations through administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, maintain records, and assist with executive-level needs, all with proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications & Skills ✅

  • Administrative Skills: Experience in administrative and executive assistance, organizing schedules, meetings, and office activities
  • Communication: Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills in both languages
  • Clerical Abilities: Expertise in record management, document preparation, and data entry
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish for effective stakeholder communication
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with multitasking capabilities
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools
  • Previous Experience: Prior administrative or executive assistance experience is a plus
