The Role: Bilingual Administrative Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will handle administrative tasks in multiple languages, primarily English and Spanish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating and interpreting between English and Spanish to facilitate communication
• Gathering and analyzing information to prepare presentations
• Coordinating travel arrangements both domestically and internationally for team members ✈️
• Managing inventory of office supplies and equipment
• Providing general administrative support such as answering phone calls, organizing correspondence, and coordinating meetings
• Assisting with various duties and projects to help achieve operational objectives

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or 3-5 years of related experience and/or training
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
• Excellent typing and proofreading skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
