IFG - International Financial Group Is Hiring A Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English and Spanish)

This is a remote position.Position: Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English and Spanish)

Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Remote with quarterly onsite - One day in a Quarter)

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hrs/week

Contract: 6-12 months (expected 18-month duration)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling purchase order creation and tracking
  • Supporting vendor onboarding and supplier registration processes
  • Administering the Supplier Program and maintaining procurement documentation
  • Managing domestic and international travel arrangements for team members
  • Coordinating internal team schedules and calendar invites
  • Participating in procurement tool usage and internal team calls
  • Completing business expense reports and overseeing invoice processing
  • Supporting ad hoc administrative and procurement tasks as required

Role Breakdown:

  • Procurement & Tool Support: ~70%
  • Administrative Functions: ~15-20%
  • Meeting Participation (Internal & Cross-Team): ~10-15%

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in administrative support roles, with at least 5 years involving procurement processes
  • 2+ years of experience using enterprise-level procurement tools, including direct hands-on experience with MyOrder or similar procurement systems
  • Advanced proficiency with MS 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional teams in remote, multicultural environments
  • Fluent in English and Spanish - essential for daily communications across regions
  • Portuguese fluency is a plus but not mandatory
