Bilingual Administrative Assistant Location: Miami, FL (3-4 Days/Week onsite)Pay rate: $28 - $32/hr. on W2 Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our client's department. In this role, you will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. You will be the go-to person for handling communications, scheduling, and providing support for key projects. Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to a department or individual, including word processing, filing, faxing, and answering phone calls.Manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and conferences, and ensure all logistics are in place.Greet and direct visitors to ensure a positive and professional experience.Handle financial record-keeping and assist in obtaining supplies as needed.Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.Support special projects as assigned and contribute to overall department efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications:10+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication).Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both in person and via phone/email.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
