About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual Ad Operations Manager to oversee daily workflows, manage projects, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. This highly cross-functional role involves collaboration with marketing, content creators, vendors, and leadership to ensure processes are scalable, efficient, and results-driven. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote-first position, with a preference for Washington-based candidates. Our team currently meets in person once a month in Bellevue, WA, with potential plans to transition to a hybrid model in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead a small team of operations coordinators and assistants — assign tasks, prioritize workload, and evaluate performance.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance execution quality and efficiency.
- Supervise daily workflows, continuously optimizing processes for better productivity.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration among marketing, content creators, vendors, and partners.
- Handle complex or urgent issues, providing strategic judgment and real-time solutions.
Operations & Data Management
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily operations.
- Support data tracking and analysis to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements for smoother workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- 3+ years of experience in advertising, project management, or related startups.
- Strong skills in data organization and analysis.
- Proven success in streamlining processes and delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Experience managing financial workflows and budgets.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with project management and data-tracking tools such as Asana, Airtable, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
