Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Bilingual Account Manager located in the Memphis Metropolitan Area, offering some flexibility for work-from-site. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing client accounts and fostering strong relationships 🤝
• Facilitating effective communication with clients and candidates
• Overseeing recruitment efforts to ensure successful placements
• Driving customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues or concerns
• Coordinating with internal teams
• Supporting business development opportunities

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish, both written and verbal 🗣️
• Experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer service
• Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and staffing
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of workforce solutions, staffing industry practices, or HR processes
• Proven problem-solving skills and responsiveness to client needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred 🎓
• Previous experience in a similar role or staffing agency is advantageous
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid schedule and to travel locally as needed ✈️
