Position Summary

Are you seeking a career with unmatched earning potential? At Rent-A-Center, 99% of our Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents started from within as Account Managers. This dynamic role involves managing rental accounts through exceptional customer service, driving sales, completing deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, and conducting early collections. You will build strong customer relationships, support sales growth, and uphold our mission and core values.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection goals
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers' homes
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines

Qualifications ✅

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements 💪

• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise
• Ability to operate a box truck
• Standing and driving for extended periods

Schedule & Work Environment ⏰

• Full-time, Monday–Saturday
• Day off on Sundays and one weekday
• Physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and standing
