Role Overview
As a Bilingual Account Manager, your goal is to develop and maintain strategic relationships with major retail locations to drive sales and enhance customer experiences through our innovative lease-to-own technology. You will be the brand ambassador, educating retailers on our seamless, web-based finance solutions that accelerate customer purchasing options.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with retail leadership to improve margins and operational efficiency 🏪
- Conduct virtual training sessions and one-on-one meetings focused on results 📈
- Leverage hardware and software tools to boost accountability and performance
- Contribute to shaping the rapidly evolving virtual lease-to-own market 🌟
- Bring your sales expertise and innovative ideas to help revolutionize consumer finance
- Work in a lively, entrepreneurial environment where your efforts truly make a difference 🌟
- Travel up to 10% as needed ✈️
What You Bring to the Table
- Fluency in both English and Spanish 🗣️
- 3-5 years of experience in account management
- At least 3 years managing accounts, preferably in retail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems, including activity logging, insights, and reports
- Training experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic, high initiative, and keen interest in new tech innovations 💻
