Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time, outgoing, customer service-oriented team member fluent in English and Spanish. If you love fashion but prefer regular retail hours, this might be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs
• Manage a portfolio of 150-200 accounts
• Assist the Country Director with sales and administrative tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service, including collecting payments and processing returns
• Data entry (proficiency in MS Excel required)

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek someone who is:

• Efficient and organized
• Enjoys working closely with customers daily
• Capable of identifying the needs of both new and existing customers to support their success with our products

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account management
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in MS Office; AS400 experience is a plus
• Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorships provided)

Additional Details

Located in Aventura, our office operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Some international travel (1-2 weeks per year) may be required, so please only apply if you are willing to travel outside of the US.
