The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This includes building and maintaining long-term client relationships and managing our cleaning staff effectively.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities 📝
Management 🤝
- Ensure overall satisfaction of assigned accounts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with departments such as Sales, HR, and KMD as needed.
Financial Management 💰
- Oversee the financial success of accounts and territory.
- Maintain and evaluate account activity, payroll, and budget reports.
- Complete necessary paperwork; monitor and analyze payroll and budgets.
- Actively promote and sell services and products to boost revenue.
Customer Relations ❤️
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Maintain Quality Assurance through the Connect app and conduct business reviews.
- Perform monthly building inspections to ensure high standards.
- Address and resolve customer requests promptly; follow up for satisfaction.
- Participate in startup processes for new accounts.
- Expand customer accounts by bundling services and products.
Employee Development 🧑🤝🧑
- Collaborate with HR on training, hiring, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Coach, motivate, and develop employees.
- Provide necessary supplies and organize employee training programs.
- Ensure all cleaning functions are performed to company standards.
- Conduct annual employee reviews on schedule.
Professional Development 📚
- Participate in quarterly management training sessions.
- Engage with outside professional organizations for personal and business growth.
Safety 🦺
- Promote a safe work environment for all stakeholders.
- Follow and enforce safety programs and monthly safety topics.
- Assist HR with accident documentation and safety training for new hires.

Qualifications & Experience 🎓
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with 3–5 years of management experience.
Required: Bilingual in English and Spanish with the same experience; proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.
