Role Overview
In light of our exciting growth trajectory, we are seeking an Exceptional Account Manager to join our global team.
This role reports directly to the Head of Account Management and collaborates with commercial, marketing, and product teams. You will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing retention on the Fresha platform.

What You Will Be Doing
- 🤝 Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- 🎯 Accountability: Meet KPIs related to monetization, revenue growth, and retention by proactively engaging and educating partners on Fresha’s platform value.
- 🚀 Execution: Analyze reports and implement effective plans to upsell and increase revenue from existing accounts.
- 🤝 Building: Foster strong partner relationships through face-to-face and virtual meetings.
- 📈 Engaging: Maintain a consistent contact strategy within your portfolio to keep partners engaged and reduce churn.

What We Are Looking For
- 🔑 Experience: Minimum 2 years of successful Account Management with proven revenue growth.
- 🔄 Manage Full Sales Cycle: 2+ years guiding accounts from onboarding to long-term revenue generation.
- 💼 Selling into SMB: 2+ years closing sales and generating incremental revenue in SMB markets.
- 🤝 Team Player: Willing to collaborate and assist team members whenever needed.
- ⚡ Fast-paced Environment: Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving setting.
- 📊 Commercial Growth: Demonstrable experience managing and driving growth across a large account portfolio, ideally within SaaS.

- 🛠️ CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.

Interview Process
- 📞 Screen Stage (30 mins): Video call with a Talent Team member.
- 📝 1st Stage (45 mins): Interview with our Head of Account Management.
- 🎥 Final Stage (60-75 mins): Discussion with the Account Management Leadership team.
Our goal is to complete the interview process and provide feedback within 2 to 3 weeks. Every application is manually reviewed by our talent team; while we aim for feedback within 7 days, high application volume may extend this timeline.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
Total OTE: $100,000 - $120,000
