Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market suitable products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service; this includes responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Insurance Sales Experience and Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to customers
• Property & Casualty license (must be obtainable)
• Life & Health license (must be obtainable)
