📝 Your Responsibilities
- Exceed sales metrics by selling Eventbrite solutions to new accounts within your vertical market
- Deliver compelling, value-based sales pitches to position Eventbrite as a strategic partner
- Engage clients primarily through calls and virtual meetings, with face-to-face meetings as needed
- Create and develop a robust sales pipeline via cold and warm calling, email campaigns, and industry insights
- Manage the entire sales process with support from teams like Account Management, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Executives
- Build expertise by analyzing market trends, challenges, and competitor offerings within your vertical and territory
- Keep CRM data updated with customer interactions and pipeline developments
- Forecast deals accurately and deliver revenue targets
- Collaborate effectively with peers, clients, and vendors to optimize sales processes
🔧 The Skill Set We Seek
- 5+ years of sales experience with proven quota over-achievement, ideally in SaaS
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong consultative sales methodology experience
- Deep understanding of target customer identification, interest evaluation, decision-making, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Proficiency with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive, and web-based presentation tools
- A passion for working in an innovative, dynamic environment
- A competitive drive and desire to win
- Vertical or industry-specific experience is a plus but not required
- Bonus: Proficiency in Spanish
💼 Additional Information
The annual base salary ranges from $67,400 to $74,100 USD, complemented by variable compensation (70/30 split).
Pay Transparency: Our compensation is based on skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. The typical range for this role in the U.S. is $53,900 to $97,100 USD. Compensation decisions are made individually, and candidates may be eligible for incentive programs including equity, bonuses, and commissions.
