Position: Account Executive (Mid-Market Focus) 🌟
The Account Executive team is vital to Brevo’s growth, responsible for selling our core product through inbound opportunities. You will qualify leads, close deals with a high-velocity sales process, and pass enterprise opportunities to senior colleagues. Additionally, there are opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to our existing customer base.
Your Role and Impact 💡
- Drive Revenue Growth: Outperform in signing large new accounts to expand Brevo’s revenue.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Maintain monthly sales goals aligned with company objectives.
- Create Value for Clients: Understand client pains and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Pipeline Development: Qualify inbound opportunities and cultivate a pipeline of mid-market prospects.
- Customer Relationships: Maintain and nurture ongoing client relationships while identifying upsell opportunities.
- Team and Process Contribution: Share market insights and help improve sales tools and processes.
Who You Are 💼
- Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of success in sales/closing deals, preferably in SaaS B2B (MarTech experience preferred).
- Sales Skills: Proficient in sales processes, adaptable to complex and fast-paced sales cycles.
- Tech Savvy: Skilled in CRM and tech stacks to manage and accelerate your pipeline.
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Growth Mindset: Welcomes feedback, adapts swiftly, and contributes to system improvements.
- People-Oriented: Genuinely interested in helping others and achieving their goals.
