Responsibilities 🧩

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behaviors.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as an integral part of our clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment for clients, fostering strong connections with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to optimize treatment outcomes.

Qualifications ✅

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus.

Need to Know 🤔

• Services are provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
• All positions start as part-time roles.
• Encouraged to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training.
• Minimum 6-month commitment required.
