About the Role

Laila’s Way is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Case Manager to support bilingual children and families in the Philadelphia area. As a key connector, you'll facilitate access to quality behavioral health services, ensuring culturally sensitive and effective care for diverse communities.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct client intakes and assess social and emotional needs
• Coordinate behavioral health services, including appointments and authorizations
• Communicate directly with Spanish-speaking families to provide guidance and support
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records
• Collaborate with clinicians, schools, and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
• Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s with relevant experience) in social work, psychology, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in case management, social services, or behavioral health
• Strong communication and organizational skills
