🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Support the administration of high-quality benefits services for multiple clients
  • Assist with benefits-related questions, supporting internal teams and clients
  • Stay informed on client benefit plans and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate communication
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, employees, brokers, and carriers, escalating issues when necessary
  • Process benefits-related tasks for new hires, separations, and employee changes
  • Monitor benefit eligibility and support timely communications and documentation under supervision
  • Assist during Open Enrollment, preparing employee communications and coordinating data updates
  • Contribute to benefits projects, educational sessions, and compliance activities

🛠️ Your Toolbox

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Experience delivering accurate, timely benefits administration
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and HRIS systems (preferably Employee Navigator)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and tenacity in resolving issues
  • Dependability with a strong commitment to deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset aligned with Trüpp’s core values

🎯 What You Bring

  • At least two years of HR/benefits administration or related experience
  • Knowledge of relevant benefits laws and regulations
  • Experience with customer service ticketing systems and benefits software
