🎯 What You’ll Do
- Support the administration of high-quality benefits services for multiple clients
- Assist with benefits-related questions, supporting internal teams and clients
- Stay informed on client benefit plans and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate communication
- Respond to inquiries from clients, employees, brokers, and carriers, escalating issues when necessary
- Process benefits-related tasks for new hires, separations, and employee changes
- Monitor benefit eligibility and support timely communications and documentation under supervision
- Assist during Open Enrollment, preparing employee communications and coordinating data updates
- Contribute to benefits projects, educational sessions, and compliance activities
🛠️ Your Toolbox
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Experience delivering accurate, timely benefits administration
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and HRIS systems (preferably Employee Navigator)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive problem-solving skills and tenacity in resolving issues
- Dependability with a strong commitment to deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset aligned with Trüpp’s core values
🎯 What You Bring
- At least two years of HR/benefits administration or related experience
- Knowledge of relevant benefits laws and regulations
- Experience with customer service ticketing systems and benefits software
