The Role 📝
We are seeking passionate Bilingual Clinicians to deliver mental health services at our outpatient clinics in Greenwich and Stamford. You will collaborate with our care team to provide integrated behavioral health care aimed at improving outcomes for our clients. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Clinician Responsibilities 🔍
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide psychotherapy to individuals (children and adults), families, couples, and groups.
- Identify each client’s psychosocial needs using the Social Determinants of Health and offer appropriate referrals and resources.
- Collaborate with medical staff and lead workshops and training sessions related to mental health.

Requirements ✅
- Licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPCA, LMFT) in Connecticut or eligibility to obtain CT licensure.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Strong clinical skills with evidence-based models across various age groups and family dynamics.
- Ability to practice in compliance with HIPAA, state, federal, and licensing standards.
- Experience with electronic health records.
- Availability to work two evenings per week.
