Role Overview 🎯
As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings such as homes, schools, and community locations. Working under BCBA supervision, you'll support skill development and promote positive behavior change — with opportunities to increase hours toward full-time work as you gain experience.
This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility now, with the option to grow over time.
What You'll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
- Implement treatment plans across varied settings
- Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children
- Collect accurate session data and write progress notes
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and supervisors
- Apply feedback to enhance clinical skills
- Support generalization of skills across environments

Pay Range 💰
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
Hourly rate is determined based on education and experience. Additional factors that may increase your starting pay include:
- Prior ABA or behavioral health experience
- Higher education or relevant coursework
- Fluency in additional languages
- Advanced certifications or specialized training
Qualifications & Essential Job Functions ✅
- Minimum age of 18
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to actively engage children through play and therapeutic activities
- Physical ability to perform the role, including:
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities
- Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your service region
- Valid driver’s license and punctuality
- Comfort working in diverse settings: home, school, community
- No prior ABA experience necessary — we provide training
